What will the false prophet make people do?
The false prophet will cause people to worship the Antichrist. He is the leader of the world's religions during the seven years and works miracles, functioning like an unholy counterpart to the Holy Spirit, directing worship toward the beast rather than toward Christ.
Les explains from Revelation that the false prophet is taken with the beast, the Antichrist. The false prophet was the leader of the world's religions during the seven years, a man born of a woman, who wrought miracles before the beast. Les calls this an unholy trinity: Satan is synonymous with God the Father, the false prophet with the Holy Spirit, and the Antichrist with Christ. Just as the Holy Spirit leads believers to worship Christ, the false prophet causes people to worship the Antichrist.
