How will eating work in our resurrected bodies?
In resurrected bodies, eating will be a genuine pleasure. The body will be capable of ingesting food, yet with a totally different chemistry: food will be totally consumed rather than only a small percentage, and there will be no need for sanitation. There will be no weight, diabetic, or high blood pressure concerns.
Les explains that the resurrected body is capable of ingesting food. After the resurrection, the One who appeared physically, with scars in His hands and feet, asked, “Have you any food?” and ate the broiled fish and honeycomb. In our new estate and resurrected bodies, eating will be one of the pleasures this world knows nothing of. There will be no weight problem, diabetic problem, or high blood pressure problem.
