Les Feldick Bible Study

Does the resurrection body still have flesh and blood?

The resurrection body does not retain flesh and blood. This mortal body must lose the flesh and blood concept and become flesh and bone, activated by the Spirit. At the last trumpet, the dead are raised incorruptible, and the living are changed from corruption to incorruption.

Les explains that at the last trumpet, the dead will be raised incorruptible and the living will be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye. This corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal body must put on immortality. The resurrection body must lose the flesh and blood concept, becoming flesh and bone and activated by the Spirit.

1 Corinthians 15:53

For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
