Was Jesus' resurrection body flesh and blood or flesh and bone?

Jesus' resurrection body was flesh and bone, not flesh and blood. Scripture presents it as a real, human-appearing eternal body that could eat and function among the disciples, yet it was no longer mortal. The Spirit is the life-giving aspect of that new resurrected body, which is the believer's prospect.

Les explains that after His resurrection, Jesus appeared in the upper room and later stood on the seashore at Galilee. He had fish frying and bread ready, and He ate with the disciples. His body was human-appearing and could do all the things the disciples did, but it was now an eternal body—the resurrected body, not flesh and blood, but flesh and bone. The Spirit is the life-giving aspect of that new body, and this is the believer's prospect: when this old body dies and goes back into corruption, it will be resurrected to a new body fashioned after His body.
