Will our resurrection or eternal bodies have blood in them?

Resurrected and eternal bodies will be composed of flesh and bone but without blood or a blood circulatory system. Jesus' own resurrected body demonstrated this when He invited His disciples to handle Him, showing He was not a mere spirit. Such bodies will also be able to enjoy food throughout eternity.

Les explains that when Jesus appeared to His disciples after His resurrection, He said, 'Handle me, and see, for a spirit hath not flesh and bone.' Les points out that blood is left out of that description. So in our eternal state, we can rest assured that we will be bodily put together in flesh and bone, but without a blood circulatory system. Jesus had flesh and bones, and He even ate broiled fish and a honeycomb before them, proving that for all eternity we will have a body that can still enjoy food. Les notes that we will not have to worry about pounds, cholesterol, or health problems, but will be able to enjoy food. He also reminds us that the Old and New Testaments fit together, not separated by a wall.

Luke 24:39

Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.
