Who is the false Holy Spirit in end-times prophecy?
The false Holy Spirit is the false religious leader and second powerful world leader, also called the false prophet. He causes earth's inhabitants to worship the Antichrist, the counterfeit of the Son, by having them make an image to the beast and amalgamating all religions.
Les explains that the false Holy Spirit is a false religious leader, a second man of tremendous power, not an animal but a ruthless human world leader. This leader performs miracles in the sight of the beast and directs the people of the earth to worship the Antichrist, who is a counterfeit of the Son. Together with the Antichrist, he consorts to centralize and meld all the world's religions around one great image, similar to what Nebuchadnezzar did. He even has power to give life to the image, which Les notes is not beyond present technology, citing work on a living cell computer.
