Who was introduced as the apple of Jacob's eye in Genesis 29?

Rachel, the daughter of Laban, was introduced as the apple of Jacob's eye in Genesis 29. She came with the sheep, and upon seeing her, Jacob experienced love at first sight. The narrative then notes Jacob himself was later deceived.

Les explains that in Genesis 29 Jacob comes to the land of his relatives and immediately runs into the flocks of his uncle Laban. Rachel, Laban's daughter, comes with the sheep, and Les says this is where we are introduced to the apple of Jacob's eye. It was love at first sight, and the story is well known. Les notes they will not go through it all verse by verse, but later Jacob himself got deceived.

Genesis 29:6

And he said unto them, Is he well? And they said, He is well: and, behold, Rachel his daughter cometh with the sheep.
