When will Israel be saved?
Israel will be saved after the Tribulation, when the remnant that fled Jerusalem sees the returning Christ coming as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. At that moment the nation will experience her salvation and suddenly realize who Jesus really was.
Les explains that the remnant of Israel will flee from Jerusalem to the mountains, where God will take care of her for three and a half years. Then, when the nation of Israel—all that is really left in that remnant—sees the returning Christ coming as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, that is when she will experience her salvation and suddenly realize who Jesus really was. He ties this to Isaiah's words about Zion travailing and bringing forth her children, and says that after the Holocaust and the Tribulation, the beauty of that kingdom will come in short order.
Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.
When will Israel realize who Jesus really was and be saved?
Israel will realize who Jesus really was when they see the returning Christ coming as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, after the Tribulation. At that moment, the remnant who fled Jerusalem will experience her salvation. This national awakening occurs as the returning King appears, bringing sudden recognition and salvation to Israel.
Will Israel remain spiritually blind forever?
No. Israel's spiritual blindness is temporary, not permanent. Although the nation has been blinded because of rejecting the Messiah, Scripture indicates one day the nation will still see the truth of their Messiah. As Isaiah says, a nation will be born in a day. Individual Jews can be saved today by believing.
