When will national Israel be saved and see their Messiah?
Nationally, Israel will be saved and see their Messiah at the end of the tribulation, when their spiritual blindness is lifted and the remnant turns to Him. Today, in the age of grace, the nation remains blinded, but individual Jews may believe the Gospel.
Les explains that God deals with the Jew on two levels: national and individual. Nationally, Israel is blinded and waits for the return of their Messiah at the end of the tribulation, when suddenly the nation—the remnant—will be saved. But in today’s age of grace, while national Israel remains blinded, an individual Jew has every opportunity to believe the Gospel. So no one should feel sorry for the Jew as though he has no chance.
For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
