When will Israel realize who Jesus really was and be saved?

Israel will realize who Jesus really was when they see the returning Christ coming as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, after the Tribulation. At that moment, the remnant who fled Jerusalem will experience her salvation. This national awakening occurs as the returning King appears, bringing sudden recognition and salvation to Israel.

Les explains that a remnant of Israel flees Jerusalem to the mountains during the Tribulation, and God takes care of her there for three and a half years. When that nation of Israel—this remnant—sees the returning Christ coming as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, that is when she will experience her salvation. She will suddenly realize who Jesus really was. Les ties this to Zion travailing and bringing forth children, and notes that after the Holocaust and Tribulation, the kingdom comes in short order.

Isaiah 66:8

Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.

When does the new covenant become a reality for the nation of Israel?

The whole nation of Israel will be born again spiritually in a day, as Isaiah 66 describes, including the remnant Paul deals with in Romans 9-11, and only then will the New Covenant become a reality as God puts His Word and commandments in their heart.
