Why is the book of Revelation believable now?

Les teaches that Revelation is now very believable because modern communications and satellite television allow us to see everything happening on the other side of the world at the very moment it happens. When we read other things in Revelation, we can attach them to modern technology and they make sense—plain as day. In contrast, Daniel was told not to worry about what he did not know until the time of the end. Les also notes that the wise shall understand because the book is so plain, while the wicked do wickedly and do not understand. He illustrates this with a man who once saw world events as just news, but now every news item fits with the Word of God, making it exciting to realize we are living in the last moments of the age of grace.
