What is the heavenly Jerusalem like for believers?

For believers, the heavenly Jerusalem is above, the city of their citizenship in heaven, entered when they were translated into the kingdom of His dear Son. It is free with total liberty, not tied to earthly temple worship, and is the mother, or beginning, of us all.

Les teaches that Grace Age believers are not tied to the temple worship in earthly Jerusalem but are tied to the heavenly Jerusalem which is above. Their citizenship is in heaven because when they were translated into the kingdom of His dear Son, they became citizens of it. This heavenly Jerusalem is free with total liberty and is the mother, or the beginning, of us all. Paul's allegory in Galatians contrasts this with the earthly Jerusalem and its temple ritual.

Galatians 4:26

But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.
