How do we experience the price of redemption?

Redemption's price is experienced by placing one's faith in the shed blood of Calvary. Law-keeping, good works, and legalism cannot justify anyone before God, because the law only reveals sin. Rather than trusting in human effort or law, a person must trust in the shed blood of Calvary to receive redemption.

Les teaches that the law can never justify anyone; by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight. The law does not provide the knowledge of salvation—it provides the knowledge of sin, showing mankind their sinfulness. He warns that Satan has counterfeited the issue by convincing millions that if they do the best they can and keep the law as much as possible, they will somehow make it. But the book says they will never make it by law-keeping. Instead, we must experience that price of redemption by having our faith placed in the shed blood of Calvary.
