What happens after you are baptized by the Spirit into the Body of Christ?

According to Paul, when the Holy Spirit baptizes a believer into the Body of Christ, that person has put on Christ. This makes them a member of Christ’s Body, and it creates a unity among believers that nothing can take apart.

Les explains that this truth comes only from Paul’s writings, not from the Gospels or the Old Testament. Paul constantly teaches that when we have faith in the Gospel, we become members of the Body of Christ. In Galatians 3:27, if a person has been baptized by the Holy Spirit’s work into that Body, something else has happened: he or she has put on Christ. The result is a close-knit unity among believers, so that fellow members are not strangers long and share a bond nothing can take apart. Les notes that some of these things may take more faith than the average believer has, and he points back to Romans, the first Book of Doctrine Paul writes in the New Testament, where most time must be spent.

Galatians 3:27

For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

Does Galatians 3:27 say you were baptized into your denomination?
