What happens at the midpoint of the tribulation involving the Antichrist and Satan?
At the midpoint of the tribulation, the Antichrist comes from his headquarters to Jerusalem. At that same moment, Satan is cast out of heaven and indwells the Antichrist, controlling him as he controlled Judas. Seeing escaping Jews under God's protection, the Antichrist pursues them like Pharaoh to destroy them.
Les explains that at the midpoint of the tribulation many events converge. The Antichrist comes from his headquarters, which Les thinks will be in Europe, to Jerusalem. At the same moment, Satan is cast out of heaven and indwells this man, controlling him just as Satan entered and took over Judas. When Satan in the Antichrist sees the escaping group of Jews, probably several thousand, he acts like Pharaoh and sends an army after them. The serpent casts out water as a flood after the woman, or the escaping Israelites, to carry them away or destroy them. Yet these Jews are under God's sovereign, mandated protection, and God will feed and protect them through the final three and a half years.
