Will we die again after we experience resurrection?

No. Scriptural resurrection is final and eternal, not a temporary restoration to mortal life. Those merely brought back to life, like Lazarus and the widow's son, died again later. When believers experience resurrection, they will not die again or need to be brought back to life. It is final, as Christ arose never to die again.

Les teaches that biblical resurrection is not merely being brought back to life. He points to the widow's son under Elijah and Lazarus: both were raised from the dead, but they were not resurrected because they died again later. Resurrection, by contrast, speaks of that which only Christ began—He arose from the dead into the eternal, never to die again. So when we experience resurrection, Les explains it will be final. We will not again have to die and be brought back to life. Christ was the first to be resurrected, and our resurrection is final and eternal.
