Les Feldick Bible Study

How many Jews are being saved while Israel is set aside?

During the period Israel is set aside, only a remnant—a few Jews—are being saved. They are being saved, but the number is small, described as just a remnant, because God has turned to the Gentiles while Israel remains in unbelief. God has always kept His remnant.

Les teaches that God has not cast aside His people Israel; they are still in His program. However, they have been set aside for the last 1900 and plus years, and He has turned to the Gentiles. During this time, a few Jews can be saved, and they are being saved, but as the coming verses show, it is just a remnant. God has always kept His remnant. Les also notes that Israel is out there in unbelief, and God still has His eye on them as His covenant people. The day is coming when God will finish His dealing with Israel, and they will yet enjoy all the covenant promises and a glorious earthly kingdom.

Romans 11:5

Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
