Will there be a remnant of Israel saved?
Yes. Scripture indicates a remnant of Israel will be saved, especially at the end of the seven years. Daniel 12:1 promises that when Michael stands up and unprecedented trouble comes, Daniel’s people will be delivered—everyone found written in the book. These Tribulation saints connect to Israel’s program, not the Body of Christ.
Les teaches that the order of resurrections includes Christ as firstfruits with those who came out of the grave, then the harvest of the Church, and afterward the corners and gleanings—which he identifies as Tribulation saints saved during the Tribulation. He includes those Tribulation saints with Old Testament saints and believers from Christ’s earthly ministry, because they remained connected to Judaism and Israel’s program and were not part of the Body of Christ. Les then points to Daniel 12:1, where Michael stands up, a time of trouble comes such as never was, and Daniel’s people are delivered—every one found written in the book. So yes, a remnant of Israel will be saved, especially at the end of the seven years.
And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
