Will anyone whom God has chosen for Jesus ever be rejected or cast out?
No. Jesus declared that all whom the Father gives Him shall come to Him, and whoever comes He will in no wise cast out. God makes the first move, and anyone God has chosen, elected, and sent to Him will never be rejected or cast out.
Les explains from John 6:37 that Jesus is speaking about the Father giving people to Him. He emphasizes that God makes the first move: all that the Father giveth me shall come to me. No unbeliever seeks God on his own, because that desire is not in him; if he suddenly has an appetite for the things of God, God put it there first. Then Jesus adds that the one who comes as a result of God's moving him will in no wise be cast out. Les says this means exactly what it says: anybody God has chosen, elected, and sent to Jesus would never be cast out.
All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
