What did the three persons of the Trinity decide in eternity past about creation?

In eternity past, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit agreed by determinate counsel to create the universe, place planet earth within it, and put the human race upon it. Knowing in foreknowledge that humanity would fall in Adam, they also determined that one person of the triune God would become the Redeemer.

Les explains that way back in eternity past, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit came together and, by a determinate agreeing of their three minds, decided to create the universe. They decided to put planet earth in it and place the human race on it. In foreknowledge they knew the human race would fall in Adam, and in that predeterminate counsel they knew one person of the triune God would have to be a Redeemer. This all moved according to that predeterminate counsel of Acts chapter 2. Les then applies it: as a small part of that big picture, we come, and by that same triune counsel God put the finger on every one of us and said, “I have a place waiting for you.” We are in that predetermined position put there by the counsel of the triune God before anything was ever created. He also notes the argument over election and free will, affirming that “whosoever will” sits over here.
