What did the Trinity decide in eternity past before the universe was created?

Before anything was created, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit came together and by the determinate agreeing of their three minds decided to create the universe, put planet earth and the human race on it. Knowing humanity would fall in Adam, they predetermined that one person of the triune God would be Redeemer.

Les teaches that way back in eternity past, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit came together, and by a determinate agreeing of their three minds, they decided to create the universe and to put the human race on planet earth. They knew in foreknowledge that the human race would fall in the man Adam, and they knew in that predeterminate counsel that one person of the triune God would have to be a Redeemer. Les also explains that this same triune counsel fixed a place for every person, so believers are in a predetermined position put there by the counsel of the triune God before anything was ever created. He notes the argument that arises: are we elected and chosen before we had anything to do about it, or was it all our own free will? His response is, “Yes, whosoever will sits over here.”
