Who were the two angels that came to Sodom in Genesis 19?

The context does not give their names. They are identified as the two angels who came to Sodom at evening, the same two who appeared with the Lord among the three men in Genesis 18. Outwardly they looked like men, and Sodom's people did not know they were angels.

Les explains that Genesis 19:1 records two angels coming to Sodom at evening. Looking back to Genesis 18:2, three men appeared to Abraham: one was the Lord in human form, and the other two were angels, now picked up in chapter 19. From all outward appearances, as far as the people of Sodom and Gomorrah were concerned, they were men. They had no idea they were angels. Lot sees them as men and calls them “my lords,” inviting them to his servant’s house. Les teaches that these two angels were sent as God putting Sodom and Gomorrah on trial, letting the Sodomites prove they were worthy of their sudden destruction.

Genesis 18:2

And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground,

Genesis 19:1

And there came two angels to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground;
