What has God prepared for those who love Him?
God has prepared for those who love Him things beyond human imagination—what eye has not seen and ear has not heard. These await believers, far surpassing the best this world offers, because all the best is yet to come for everyone who believes.
Les explains that God's divine fingers have come into the believer's life, making us a new creature and new creation in Christ to bring glory to Him, not to live to self. The world ridicules this, but its horizon is only about seventy years on average—that is its heaven. By contrast, believers have ages upon ages ahead. The most beautiful estate on earth is like a smelly pig pen compared to what is waiting. Scripture says things are awaiting us that we cannot even imagine: eye hath not seen, ear hath not heard the things God has prepared for them that love Him. So even if this life has little, all the best is yet to come, for everyone who believes.
