What has God prepared for those who love Him according to 1 Corinthians 2:9?
Scripture declares that God has prepared for those who love Him things no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human heart has conceived. It is a sure promise because God cannot lie, and a coming day will bring the experience of those prepared things.
Les teaches that 1 Corinthians 2:9 is a wonderful promise: the things God has prepared for them that love Him have not been seen, heard, or entered into the heart of man. He stresses that God cannot lie, so believers can rest on it. Les connects this to the coming day when we will experience such things, similar to Paul's experience in 2 Corinthians 12, where he was bursting to share what he saw and heard but could not, lest men think of him above what they saw him to be.
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

Are the things God has prepared for those who love Him already prepared or future?
The things God has prepared for those who love Him are already prepared — not something He will do someday — and they are so great that we cannot even begin to comprehend them or bring them into the thoughts of man.
