What happened when Moses came a second time to deliver Israel?

On Moses' second arrival to deliver Israel, the people followed him, and he became their deliverer. The first time they had rejected him, but the second time they accepted him. God sent him as a ruler and deliverer by Him who appeared to him in the bush.

Les explains that Stephen's lesson is that on both instances—Joseph and Moses—it was the second time that things came to the full. As surely as Joseph was recognized at his second time, so Israel will recognize the Messiah the second time. Moses came to deliver them the first time and was rejected, but when he came the second time, they followed him, and he became their deliverer. Les teaches that the same pattern applies to Christ: the first time they rejected Him, the second time they will acclaim Him.
