What sequence of events does Psalm 2 outline after the rejection and crucifixion of Christ?

Psalm 2 outlines that after Christ’s rejection and crucifixion, an undetermined period follows in which the nations could be in derision; then come the seven years of tribulation, as found in Daniel; then the King returns, and Israel could have the Kingdom.

Les teaches that Psalm 2 follows the rejection and crucifixion of Christ by Jew and Gentile in consort. Immediately after the crucifixion and rejection, there would come an undetermined period of time when there could be a derision of the nations. Then would come the seven years of tribulation, which is also in Daniel. After that, the King would return, and Israel could have the Kingdom. Les says this is Psalm 2 in outline, and that is all the Old Testament knows. What is missing, he explains, is the Church, the Age of Grace, because it was a secret held in the mind of God until He reveals it.
