Who is the Lion of the tribe of Judah that can open the scroll and loose its seals?

The Lion of the tribe of Judah is the Lamb, the Christ, the Son God sent forth, the root of David, who prevailed to open the scroll and loose its seven seals. He qualified by His work at Calvary, redeeming people to God by His blood.

Les explains that John wept because no one in Heaven or on earth was found worthy to open or read the book or look thereon. Then one of the elders told him, Weep not, behold the lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, hath prevailed to open the book and loose the seven seals. Les identifies that Lion as the Lamb, the Christ, the Son God sent forth into all the earth. This is God the Son, who qualified because of what He accomplished at Calvary, and He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat upon the throne. The heavenly host sang a new song, saying He is worthy to take the scroll and open its seals, for He was slain and redeemed us to God by His blood out of every kindred, tongue, people, and nation, making us kings and priests who shall reign on the earth. Les relates this to Israel’s practice of redeeming a lost inheritance, which had to be done by a next of kin who was capable and willing; He agrees to pay off the mortgage to lift the curse from the planet.
