What is Les trying to accomplish in this ministry?
The ministry does not aim to build an organization or a following. It seeks to get people interested in the Bible, the book of books, and to encourage home Bible studies and Sunday school use of the teaching tapes, helping people who never had spiritual interest begin studying Scripture.
Les explains that he is not trying to build an organization or a following. All they are trying to do is get folks interested in the book of books, the Bible, because once you get into it, it is fabulous and cannot be beat. He notes that past programs are available on videotape, and audio can be made, with many people using the tapes in home Bible studies and Sunday school classes. He is encouraged that people who never had a spiritual interest are calling and starting to study. He wants people to see that the Bible is not a musty, dusty old book or just a bunch of Bible stories, but the divinely inspired Word of God that fits from cover to cover.
