What did Les say his ministry is and is not doing?
The ministry is not building an organization, finding fault with others, attacking anybody, or pointing out their error. It is simply teaching the Word as they see it, letting the chips fall where they may. The speaker described himself as a nobody, not associated with anybody, taking an open door.
Les explains that when a lady called and asked who he was, he answered that he was a nobody, not associated with anybody, and that they simply had an open door and took the opportunity. He says they are not there to build an organization or to find fault with others; they are just there to teach the Word and let the chips fall where they may. He also states it is not his prerogative to attack anybody or point out their error—they are simply going to teach the Word as they see it. Later he adds that he does not want to be misunderstood when speaking of Paul's writings, because he is not elevating the man; Paul was a human instrument God used and spoke through, as with all other writers.
