What does Les hope people do with his Bible teaching?
He hopes those he teaches will take the Word into their own church, Sunday school, or home, and teach it there with a more enlightened approach. The aim is not to twist arms or move people from one group to another, but simply to teach Scripture.
In this session, Les explains that he and the class do not try to twist arms or move people from one group to another. He notes that many of the people he has taught become busy in their own churches. His desire is simply to teach the Word so that those who receive it can take it into their own church, their own Sunday school, their own home, wherever, and teach the Word with, as he trusts, a more enlightened approach. He also invites television viewers to be part of the class, describing it as just an informal Bible study.
