Where does the Bible teach degrees of punishment in the judgment day?

Scripture teaches degrees of punishment in the judgment day through Jesus' words to Capernaum. He declared it would be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrah in the judgment day than for Capernaum, because had those cities seen His miracles they would have repented. He gave Tyre and Sidon as the same illustration.

Les teaches that degrees of punishment are real and arise at the Great White Throne judgment for unbelievers. He explains that a person who lived a good life and thought he was doing right will not suffer as much as a vicious criminal. When asked where the Bible says this, Les points to Jesus' earthly ministry in Galilee, especially Capernaum. Jesus pronounced woe on Capernaum, saying it would be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrah in the judgment day than for Capernaum, because if Sodom and Gomorrah had witnessed His miracles they would have repented in sackcloth and ashes. Les also notes Jesus gave Tyre and Sidon as the same illustration—wicked cities that would have repented, while Israel did not, even with the Messiah in their midst.
