What kind of life did Adam and Eve have in the Garden?

Adam and Eve had a perfect, sinless life in the Garden. They lacked nothing, and everything was perfect. Eve could not have wished for a better husband, nor Adam a better wife; they enjoyed ideal companionship and complete provision, with no sin or deficiency.

Les explains that when Adam and Eve were in the Garden, they had it good. He says Eve could not possibly have wished for a better husband because Adam was perfect in every way. Likewise, Adam could not have wished for a better wife. There was no sin, everything was perfect, and they lacked nothing.
