What happens when the river from the temple reaches the Dead Sea in Ezekiel 47?

When the river from the temple reaches the Dead Sea, its waters are healed. Everything that lives and moves wherever the river comes will live, and there will be a very great multitude of fish, because the waters from the temple area flow there and heal the sea.

Les explains that Ezekiel sees the same river Zechariah described, and its source is under the temple in Jerusalem. In Ezekiel 47:8, the waters issue out toward the east country, go down into the desert, and enter the Dead Sea. When these waters are brought into the Dead Sea, its waters are healed. Everything that lives and moves wherever the river comes shall live, and there will be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters come from the temple area and the sea is healed.

Ezekiel 47:8

Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed.
