Where do the Antichrist and the second beast come up from in Revelation 13?

Revelation 13 describes the Antichrist as coming up out of the sea, while the second beast, the false prophet and religious leader, comes up out of the earth. This second beast is a counterfeit of the Holy Spirit, forming an unholy trinity with Satan and the Antichrist.

Les teaches that Revelation 13 presents an unholy trinity: Satan counterfeits God the Father, the Antichrist counterfeits God the Son, and the second beast—the false prophet—counterfeits the Holy Spirit. The Antichrist is described as coming up out of the sea, while the second beast comes up out of the earth. This second beast is a man but also a religious system, not a political government. Les notes that Revelation deals primarily with the nation of Israel, as God prepares to return to His covenant people, though Gentile nations are affected.

Revelation 13:11

And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
