Does Bible prophecy involve Russia or the Western Hemisphere in Armageddon?
Bible prophecy does not involve the Russian hordes or the Western Hemisphere in the final Battle of Armageddon. The prophetic end-time battle centers instead on Western Europe, the Orient, and parts of Africa. God turns Russian forces away from Western Europe and brings them, with a northern confederation, down into the Middle East.
Les explains that contrary to the world's general thinking, Russian forces will not concern themselves with Western Europe because that is the domain of the Antichrist. That power must be in place for the Battle of Armageddon. Les says prophetically only three areas are involved in the last days of the Tribulation or Armageddon: Western Europe, the Orient, and parts of Africa. He notes there is nothing in prophecy concerning the very end of the Russian hordes or the Western Hemisphere, and nothing involving those two great areas in that last great battle. God will turn the Russian forces away from Western Europe and bring them down into the Middle East, but not Russia alone; a northern confederation comes with them, including nations such as Persia, now Iran, and Ethiopia.
