No. The ten toes of the European community have not yet developed the same relationship with Israel that earlier Gentile empires had. Earlier empires included Palestine and Jerusalem within their domain, but the European community does not currently hold that kind of connection. Les explains that earlier Gentile empires each became greater, eventually leading to the revived Roman Empire or present European community, with NATO and other military organizations possessing tremendous nuclear power and technology. Every one of those earlier empires included the land of Palestine and the city of Jerusalem, and Israel was connected to each.
