What are the different views about the specific place the Antichrist will come from?

Les teaches that the Antichrist must come out of the geographical area of the old Roman Empire, which ties into the revived Roman Empire or present European community imagery. He says he personally thinks he will come from Western Europe, while others think he may come from the Middle East or the Mediterranean. Regardless, Les insists he will come from somewhere within that old Roman Empire. He also notes the ten toes or European community does not yet have the kind of relationship with Israel that earlier empires had, and that America is mostly keeping the little nation going. He adds that Daniel chapter 9 will show this later, and that the Antichrist will come in peaceably and with flatteries, possibly rising amid Europe's turmoil and its ethnic, immigrant, political, and economic problems.
