Will God's mercy and grace continue forever, or is His wrath coming?

Scripture teaches that God has indeed been a God of love, mercy, and grace, but that will not always be the case. A day is coming when God says, "Enough," as He did with Sodom and Gomorrah and the Noach flood, and His wrath will be poured out.

Les explains that although we are rightly programmed to think of God as a God of love, mercy, and grace—and indeed He has been—the Scripture literally screams that this will not always be the case. There is coming a day when God will say, "Enough!" just as He did with Sodom and Gomorrah and the Noach flood. Revelation 14 describes the vine of the earth being gathered and cast into the great winepress, which is not a rock, cement, or oaken press, but the wrath of God. The winepress is trodden without the city, northeast of Jerusalem, and blood comes out even unto the horses' bridles for about 1,600 furlongs, roughly 180 miles. Les notes that many scoff at this, but he connects it also with Revelation 16, the final plague upon mankind, which he thinks will be associated with the battle of Armageddon.
