What does it mean that the seed of the woman was kept from the curse?

The seed of the woman was kept insulated from the curse, meaning no sin nature passed through the woman’s line all the way to Mary. Thus Mary could conceive of God and bear a child whose blood was divine, not sinful, and not possessing an Adamic nature, since He had no earthly father.

Les explains that the seed of the woman was spoken of back in Genesis chapter 3 and was kept insulated from the curse. There was no sin nature in the seed of the woman as it came all the way down through human history to Mary, so Mary could conceive of God and still have a child whose blood was divine, not sinful, not with an Adamic nature in it, because there was no earthly father. He further points out that the blood system of every fetus born of a woman comes from the man and not from the mother. Therefore the virgin birth fits physiologically and scientifically: Christ’s blood system originated with God, who was the Father, but He was human because He was born of the very ovum, egg, or seed of the woman. The genealogies also follow from David to Christ, with Joseph as legal father and Mary as physical mother, going back to David, Abraham, and the promised line.

Genesis 3:15

And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
