Why did Eve inherit a sinful nature even though God didn't curse her for eating the tree?

Eve inherited a sinful nature because she was in Adam, the federal head of the human race. Though God did not place the curse on her for eating first, and she ate in ignorance, sin entered the race through Adam. Therefore Eve became a fallen creature by her shared identity in Adam, not by her own act.

Les explains that Eve came out of Adam because Adam had to be the federal head of the human race, so everyone, including Eve, would come from Adam’s line. Scripture plainly says the human race did not come under sin by virtue of Eve, even though she ate first; sin came on the whole human race by way of Adam. God did not put the curse on Eve for eating of the tree, yet she inherited the sin nature just like every other woman and man since, through Adam. For some reason God kept the fault or curse that fell upon man from Eve and insulated her from it. She inherited her sin nature not from her own eating of the tree, because she did that in ignorance, but she was now a fallen creature because she was in Adam.

Genesis 3:6

And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Genesis 3:15

And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
