When will God finish His dealings with Israel?
God will finish His dealings with Israel during the future seven-year period after the church is out of the way. That seven years remains part of Old Testament prophecy, and it precedes the coming of Israel's King and His thousand-year reign. This occurs when God resumes His program with the nation.
Les teaches that after the church is out of the way, God will pick up with the nation of Israel where He left off. Israel had been floating along through human history among the nations, but in 1948 they became an independent nation, so God can deal with Israel again. He will finish His dealings in the seven years still future, part and parcel of Old Testament prophecies. Then, when the earthly people are ready for the coming of their King, He will establish His rule and reign for a thousand years as King of kings and Lord of lords. In that thousand-year reign, the tenth verse becomes a fulfilled reality, bringing all things, heavenly and earthly, together in Christ.
