How long will God's final dealings with Israel last?
God's final dealings with Israel will last seven years. After the church is out of the way, He resumes His program with Israel, completing the prophetic period still future. This seven-year finish leads into the coming of the King and His thousand-year reign, as the Old Testament prophecies foretold.
Les explains that once the church is out of the way, God picks up with the nation of Israel where He left off. Israel had been floating along through human history among the nations, but now, as seen in 1948, they became an independent nation, so God can deal with Israel again. He will finish His dealings in that seven years still future, part and parcel of Old Testament prophecies. Then when the earthly people are ready for the coming of their King, He will establish His rule and reign for a thousand years, as Revelation says, King of kings and Lord of lords.
