How does the makeup of Israel under the old program compare with the makeup of the Body of Christ?

Under the old program, Israel was Jew only, with some Gentile adherents or exceptions. The Body of Christ is not exclusively Gentile but mostly Gentile, predominantly Gentiles with some Jewish adherents. Israel was dispersed among the nations, while the Body of Christ is a unique group awaiting the rapture, after which God will again deal with Israel for seven years.

Les teaches that under the old program Israel was Jew only, with some Gentile adherents, while the Body of Christ is predominantly Gentiles but with some Jewish adherents. He notes that after Paul's three-year desert training, the Gospel of Grace of God went out, not limited to Gentiles as before. God is now pulling out another group called the Church, or Body of Christ, which is not exclusively Gentile but mostly Gentile. Israel goes out into the nations in dispersion, continuing to the present day, whereas the Body of Christ is pulled off as a unique group waiting for the end of its period of human history, the outcalling or rapture. After that, God will again deal with Israel for seven years, followed by the Second Coming.
