Why was the revelation given to Paul as the Apostle of the Gentiles?

The revelation was given to Paul as Apostle of the Gentiles so he could give God's dispensation to Gentile believers, bringing the Word of God to completion. It made known the mystery hidden from ages and generations, now manifested to the saints, forming the Body of Christ from every walk and corner through faith in the Gospel.

Les explains that Paul constantly reminds believers they are members of the Body of Christ—a special compilation of believers from every walk of life and every corner of the globe by believing the Gospel. In verse 25 Paul says he was made a minister according to the dispensation of God given to him for the Gentiles; Les notes the word Gentiles fits naturally here. All this was given to the Apostle of the Gentiles so he could give it to Gentiles to fulfill, or bring to completion, the Word of God. Verse 26 calls it the mystery, the secret, hidden from ages and generations but now made manifest to his saints. Les teaches that this revelation was given so Gentiles could receive and complete God's Word through Paul's ministry.
