Where does Paul first lay out the picture of the Adamic nature?

Paul first lays out the picture of the Adamic nature in Romans chapter 1. In the biblical order of his letters, this is where he begins to depict the fallen Adamic nature, later connecting with Galatians 5. This passage introduces the unrighteous, reprobate mind that does not retain God in its knowledge.

Les teaches that Romans chapter 1 is where Paul, for the first time in the biblical order of his letters, begins to lay out the picture of the Adamic nature. Les then directs attention to Romans 1:28, where Paul says they did not like to retain God in their knowledge. Because of that, God gave them over to a reprobate mind. Les explains that this reprobate mind causes people to do things that are not convenient, not normal, or not natural. He notes that this picture fits right with Galatians chapter 5, where Paul lists unrighteousness and related works of the flesh.
