Where does Paul first lay out the picture of the Adamic nature in his letters?

Paul first lays out the picture of the Adamic nature in Romans chapter 1, where he begins this for the first time in the biblical order of his letters. There he addresses the reprobate mind and unrighteousness, showing the outworking of the Adamic nature.

Les explains that Galatians and Romans fit hand in glove, so he keeps coming back to Romans. He points out that Romans chapter 1 is where Paul, for the first time in the biblical order of his letters, begins to lay out the picture of the Adamic nature. Les then reads Romans 1:28, where they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, so God gave them over to a reprobate mind. If that is the way they want to live, Les says, then have at it. That reprobate mind causes them to do things not convenient, not normal, not natural. Verse 29 says they are filled with all unrighteousness, which is the opposite of righteousness and fits with Galatians chapter 5.
