What did Jesus say would be one of the first signs of the end times?
Jesus warned His disciples that one of the first signs of the end times would be mass deception. He said, “Be not deceived.” According to the context, this deception is already visible on every hand, so the believer’s alternative is to run to the Book, not to men or denominations.
The teaching explains that when the Lord Jesus warned the disciples about the end time, He identified mass deception as one of the first signs. He told them, “Be not deceived.” This deception is not merely a future possibility; it is already being seen on every hand. Satan is pulling all the plugs today, and the warfare is in the spiritual realm, not the physical. Therefore the only alternative is not to run to a person or a denomination but to run to the Book and ask what the Bible says about the matter. People call and describe what they are up against, and the question becomes: what does the Bible say about this particular thing?
