Does God care about my everyday daily life?
Yes. Scripture shows God is concerned with every facet of daily life, not only spiritual matters. He filled Bezalel with the Spirit of God in wisdom, understanding, and knowledge for workmanship, demonstrating His interest in physical, material, and practical work, and He is concerned with every facet of your life twenty-four hours a day.
Les explains from the passage that God is not concerned only with spiritual matters. When the Lord called Bezalel, He filled him with the Spirit of God in wisdom, understanding, and knowledge, but the context specifies that this filling was for workmanship—for devising curious work in gold, silver, and brass. Les therefore asks whether God is unconcerned with daily life and answers, "Absolutely He is." He says God is concerned with every facet of life twenty-four hours a day. Some people think we cannot bother God with material things and that He is interested only in the spiritual, but Les says, "Don't you believe it." God is interested in every facet of our lives—physical, material, and spiritual. Verse 35 adds that these craftsmen were filled with wisdom of heart to work all manner of work.
