Do some groups put the Sabbath commandment with the commandments about man's relationship with man?

Yes. Some groups place the Sabbath commandment among the final six commandments, treating it as part of man's relationship with man. Others, however, keep it with the first five commandments, classifying those as man's relationship with God because of the phrase "the Lord thy God."

He prefers to keep it with the first five commandments, which he calls man's relationship to God, because of the connecting phrase "the Lord thy God." He adds that the other five are man's relationship with man because "the Lord thy God" is not included in any of those five.
