What was Paul and Titus's planned travel route?

They planned to travel around to the northern reaches of Turkey, along the Black Sea region called Bithynia, and then return to Asia. They also agreed to meet at the seaport town of Choas, the ancient city of Troy, where Paul expected Titus but found him absent.

Les explains that the plan was to go on around to the northern reaches of Turkey, or along the Black Sea, which at that time was called Bithynia, and then back to Asia. Because there was no mail, telegraph, or phone, Paul and Titus had arranged to meet in the seaport town of Choas, the ancient city of Troy. When Paul arrived to preach Christ’s gospel, a door was opened of the Lord, but he had no rest in his spirit because he did not find Titus. Paul was distressed, having no way to know what had happened to Titus or why he was not at Choas at the set appointed time.
